My Higher Self is a magnificent man. The Higher Selves of either men or women are magnificent — and this includes Trans Women and Trans Men. Sexual orientation is a part of you in this world, but it is irrelevant to your Higher Self.

My Higher Self is so magnificent he can’t be described as human; he transcends this world. I want to be like him. He reminds me of this every day, with every passing planetary hour — though I don’t always listen.

Jealousy of someone else is misdirected divine jealousy, which is meant for your Higher Self alone. Any other jealousy will compromise your ability to self-actualize.

One of our souls is the body. We need to move it, exercise it, give it love, and treat it kindly. You cannot be spiritually healthy without caring for your body — a lesson hard-won through years of health struggles.
